    By accessing and using Superhumans Directory ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

    These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

    Use of Service

    Permitted Use:

    • Access and browse the expert directory for personal or professional research
    • Create an account to access premium features
    • Use our search and filtering tools to find relevant experts
    • Export data for legitimate research or business purposes (premium users)
    • Share links to expert profiles on social media

    Prohibited Activities

    You agree NOT to:

    • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service using automated means
    • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
    • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
    • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
    • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
    • Sell, trade, or resell access to the Service

    Intellectual Property

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Superhumans Directory and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

    Our Content:

    • The directory structure, design, and user interface
    • Our proprietary ranking algorithms and methodologies
    • Compiled data sets and analytics
    • All logos, trademarks, and branding materials

    Expert Data:

    Information about experts is compiled from publicly available sources. Citations and attributions are provided where applicable. Experts retain rights to their own biographical information and published works.

    User Accounts

    When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

    Account Security:

    • You are responsible for safeguarding your password
    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
    • You may not share your account with others
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

    Subscriptions and Payments

    Premium Features:

    • Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
    • You will be charged in advance for each billing period
    • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
    • Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied

    Cancellation:

    You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.

    Data Accuracy

    While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our directory, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the information. Expert rankings and data are updated regularly but may contain errors or omissions.

    We encourage users to verify critical information through the cited sources or by contacting the experts directly.

    Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall Superhumans Directory, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

    • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
    • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
    • Any content obtained from the Service
    • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

    Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

    By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

    Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Superhumans Directory operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
